Then did I eat [H8799]   H6310 it; and it was in my mouth H1706 as honey H4966 for sweetness.

⁴ H559 And he said [H8799]   H1121 unto me, Son H120 of man H3212 , go [H8798]   H935 , get [H8798]   H1004 thee unto the house H3478 of Israel H1696 , and speak [H8765]   H1697 with my words unto them.

⁸ H5414 Behold, I have made [H8804]   H6440 thy face H2389 strong H5980 against H6440 their faces H4696 , and thy forehead H2389 strong H5980 against H4696 their foreheads.

¹⁷ H1121 Son H120 of man H5414 , I have made [H8804]   H6822 thee a watchman [H8802]   H1004 unto the house H3478 of Israel H8085 : therefore hear [H8804]   H1697 the word H6310 at my mouth H2094 , and give them warning [H8689]   from me.

¹⁸ H559 When I say [H8800]   H7563 unto the wicked H4191 , Thou shalt surely [H8800]   H4191 die [H8799]   H2094 ; and thou givest him not warning [H8689]   H1696 , nor speakest [H8765]   H2094 to warn [H8687]   H7563 the wicked H7563 from his wicked H1870 way H2421 , to save his life [H8763]   H7563 ; the same wicked H4191 man shall die [H8799]   H5771 in his iniquity H1818 ; but his blood H1245 will I require [H8762]   H3027 at thine hand.

¹⁹ H2094 Yet if thou warn [H8689]   H7563 the wicked H7725 , and he turn [H8804]   H7562 not from his wickedness H7563 , nor from his wicked H1870 way H4191 , he shall die [H8799]   H5771 in his iniquity H5337 ; but thou hast delivered [H8689]   H5315 thy soul.

²⁴ H7307 Then the spirit H935 entered [H8799]   H5975 into me, and set [H8686]   H7272 me upon my feet H1696 , and spake [H8762]   H559 with me, and said [H8799]   H935 unto me, Go [H8798]   H5462 , shut [H8734]   H8432 thyself within H1004 thine house.

²⁵ H1121 But thou, O son H120 of man H5414 , behold, they shall put [H8804]   H5688 bands H631 upon thee, and shall bind [H8804]   H3318 thee with them, and thou shalt not go out [H8799]   H8432 among them:

²⁶ H3956 And I will make thy tongue H1692 cleave [H8686]   H2441 to the roof of thy mouth H481 , that thou shalt be dumb [H8738]   H376 , and shalt not be to them a reprover H3198   [H8688]   H4805 : for they are a rebellious H1004 house.

²⁷ H1696 But when I speak [H8763]   H854 with H6605 thee, I will open [H8799]   H6310 thy mouth H559 , and thou shalt say [H8804]   H559 unto them, Thus saith [H8804]   H136 the Lord H3069 GOD H8085 ; He that heareth [H8802]   H8085 , let him hear [H8799]   H2310 ; and he that forbeareth H2308 , let him forbear [H8799]   H4805 : for they are a rebellious H1004 house.
