HEB: לְ֭פַחַד וְלֹ֣א יֵחָ֑ת וְלֹֽא־ יָ֝שׁ֗וּב
NAS: at fear and is not dismayed; And he does not turn back
KJV: at fear, and is not affrighted; neither turneth he back

Isaiah 30:31
HEB: מִקּ֥וֹל יְהוָ֖ה יֵחַ֣ת אַשּׁ֑וּר בַּשֵּׁ֖בֶט
NAS: Assyria will be terrified, [When] He strikes
