HEB: לֹא־ הָיָ֗ה וְחָדַל֙ לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת הַפֶּ֔סַח
NAS: and is not on a journey, and yet neglects to observe
KJV: and is not in a journey, and forbeareth to keep
