HEB: רַבָּ֔א וְה֤וּא מִתְבְּנֵא֙ אֶ֣בֶן גְּלָ֔ל

KJV: God, which is builded with great

HEB: וְעַד־ כְּעַ֛ן מִתְבְּנֵ֖א וְלָ֥א שְׁלִֽם׃
NAS: now it has been under construction and it is not [yet] completed.'
KJV: now hath it been in building, and [yet] it is not
