even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:
In this way [our] witnessing concerning Christ (the Messiah) was so confirmed and established and made sure in you
in the same way that the testimony about Christ was confirmed with you.
And so, the testimony of Christ has been strengthened in you.
