Scripture calls those to whom God’s word came gods, and scripture can’t be abolished.
If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
So men are called gods [by the Law], men to whom God's message came–and the Scripture cannot be set aside or cancelled or broken or annulled–
If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came (and the scripture cannot be broken),
If he called those to whom the word of God was given gods, and Scripture cannot be broken,
If he called them gods, to whom to word of God was spoken, and the scripture cannot be broken;
