Then a warrior-king will come forward, ruling over a vast empire and doing whatever he wants.
And a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will.
Then a mighty [warlike, threatening] king shall arise who shall rule with great dominion and do according to his [own] will.
But there will rise up a strong king, and he will rule with great power, and he will do what he pleases.
