Pour out your wrath among the Gentiles, who have not known you, and upon the kingdoms that have not invoked your name.
That the generation to come might know them, Even the children which should be born; Who should arise And declare them to their children:

This is so that the next generation and children not yet born will know these things, and so they can rise up and tell their children
Pour out thy wrath upon the nations that have not known thee: and upon the kingdoms that have not called upon thy name.
