Then the king sang this funeral song for Abner: “Should Abner have died like a fool dies?
And the king, mourning and lamenting Abner, said: "By no means has Abner died the way that cowards usually die.
And the king, mourning and lamenting over Abner, said: Not as cowards are wont to die hath Abner died.
