Folly is joy to him that is destitute of wisdom: But a man of understanding walketh uprightly.
Folly is pleasure to him who is without heart and sense, but a man of understanding walks uprightly [making straight his course]. [Eph. 5:15.]

Folly is joy to those who lack sense, but those with understanding walk straight ahead.
Folly is gladness to the foolish. And the prudent man sets his own steps in order.
