Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because the enemy hath said against you, Aha, even the ancient high places are our's in possession:

The LORD God proclaims: The enemy mocked you and said, “The ancient heights belong to us.”
Thus says the Lord God: Because the enemy has said about you: 'It is well! The everlasting heights have been given to us as an inheritance!'
