Many people came to him. “John didn’t do any miraculous signs,” they said, “but everything John said about this man was true.”
And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true.
And many came to Him, and they kept saying, John did not perform a [single] sign or miracle, but everything John said about this Man was true.
And many came unto him; and they said, John indeed did no sign: but all things whatsoever John spake of this man were true.
And many went out to him. And they were saying: "Indeed, John accomplished no signs.
