Thus says the Lord Who made [the earth], the Lord Who formed it to establish it–the Lord is His name:
Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD is his name;
Thus saith Jehovah that doeth it, Jehovah that formeth it to establish it; Jehovah is his name:
The LORD proclaims, the LORD who made the earth, who formed and established it, whose name is the LORD:
"Thus says the Lord, who will prepare, and form, and accomplish it; the Lord is his name.
