And all Israel shall hear and [reverently] fear, and shall never again do any such wickedness as this among you.

All Israel will hear about this and be afraid. They won’t do that sort of evil thing among you again.
So may all of Israel, upon hearing this, be afraid, so that nothing like this will ever be done again.
